“My Daughter had issues with her Maytag dryer. No heat. We did all the typical diagnosis techniques to no avail. Call Casi based on their excellent review record and spoke to Pavel who picked up on the second ring. He mentioned he was in Toronto on a job and offered to drop by on his way home. We asked for next day and organized an AM visit. After his verifications he found the issue rather quickly. He had the part, changed it and the machine worked perfectly. His was very reasonable with his price. He also cleaned the the internal machine & tested it. Very good work and I would recommend him highly.”

“Their charges are outrageous and unbeliveable! I called them for my refrigerator leaking. A technician did a home visit without doing anything and charged me $250. Two days later he came to replace a water valve for dishwasher and again charged me $462.17. But the problem with my refrige is still there.”

He was able to located the original replacement pump and informed me that if I buy it at a particular place, that I could save a lot on it. I purchased the pump and he fix it the next day. “Pavel did a gasket change for my Samsung washing machine. He was upfront about the cost ($150 for the part and $220 for labour). He was very knowledgeable and completed the job in about 40 minutes. I requested an invoice after the service and he said he would provide one. I asked him about it weeks later but was ignored. Still haven't received the invoice.”
